Naomi’s inspiration comes from the beauty and humour of everyday routines. Her current stunning collection ‘city life’ depicts people and architectural everyday beauty.
Naomi captures moments rarely noticed – yet ones that are a quintessential part of our days. Using delicate and luxurious materials, she highlights a compelling contrast between the essential and the superfluous, between beauty and the ordinary.
Products include a collection of embroidered and printed hand-made cushions, notelets, cards, t-shirts, plates and mugs. Naomi also sells her embroidered artwork to commission as framed pieces or embroidered curtains to many themes.
For Bloom 2010, currently on sale at the Royal Festival Hall and festival terrace shops, Naomi has been commissioned to create a range of mugs, plates, tote bags and handkerchiefs that captured the energy, vigour and poise of an orchestra at work.
Winner of the ‘Humphreys Business Springboard Prize’, 2010. Recent commissions include Southbank centre, Domino Records, Habitat as well as exhibitions at the Queen Elizabeth Hall and Canary Wharf.
